Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the U.S. only. ships to most states and territories (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). Orders typically arrive within 4–5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Not right now. Due to tariffs and high international shipping costs, we only ship within the U.S.

Where is my package shipped from?

We ship from our store in Los Angeles using USPS.

Why is my package delayed?

Sometimes USPS runs into delays. If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, shoot us a message and we’ll help track it down. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking info may take up to 24 hours to update.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process orders quickly, so reach out ASAP if you need to make changes. We’ll do our best to catch it before it ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

We don’t offer free shipping at this time. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
