At Carousels Los Angeles, we put great care into curating and packaging each order. Please note that by purchasing from our store, you agree to the following policy:
All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through Carousels Los Angeles — whether in-store or online — are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or store credit under any circumstances.
Please double-check your order details, product information, and shipping address before completing your purchase.
No Exchanges or Returns
Due to the limited nature of our inventory and our commitment to product integrity, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. We are unable to accommodate size swaps, change-of-mind returns, or replacements for unwanted items.
No Refunds or Store Credit
We do not issue refunds or store credit. Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively, and price adjustments will not be made after checkout.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at carouselslosangeles@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item(s) and packaging. We’ll review your issue and determine if a replacement or resolution is appropriate.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Please note: Slight variations in color, fit, or packaging do not qualify as defects.
International Orders
We do not ship outside the United States. Orders placed from outside the U.S. will be canceled and refunded, minus any processing fees.
